Association of Consecrated Virgins (USACV)
A voluntary association of consecrated virgins living in the world. The purpose of the USACV is to provide support to its members in the faithful living out of their vocation to consecrated virginity and "…to assist one another in service to the Church as befits their state" (Canon 604, Code of Canon Law). The USACV website is designed both to serve our members and to provide information about the vocation of consecrated virginity lived in the world.
The Most Blessed Virgin Mary is our primary patroness, and Saint Kateri Tekakwitha, Virgin, the first native American to be canonized, is also a patroness of the USACV. We hope you will enjoy browsing the pages of this website to learn more about the ancient vocation of consecrated virginity, newly restored in the Church in 1970 for women living in the world.

Announcing the 2023 United States Convocation of Consecrated Virgins:
Registration is now open! The United States Association of Consecrated Virgins is pleased to host our 2023 annual convocation on the picturesque campus of Northern Arizona University, nestled in the high country mountains, 90 minutes from the Grand Canyon and less than an hour from the red rocks of Sedona:
Theme: "The Voice of the Bridegroom"
Where: Flagstaff, Arizona
When: Friday, June 23, to Tuesday, June 27, with an optional Grand Canyon Extension Trip June 27 to June 28.
Who may attend: Consecrated virgins from the U.S. and other countries, and candidates for consecration who have attended a previous Information Conference.

The 2023 Information Conference on the Ordo Virginum was held March 10-12, 2023
The conference was well attended and appreciated by attendees who heard core presentations on the life of consecrated virginity, participated in times of Q&A, heard personal testimonials from consecrated virgins, and enjoyed times of prayer together. Stay tuned - recordings will be available soon.
